Are we required to use AI-powered services?

No. Prisma offers human-only workflows for clients whose requirements prohibit the use of AI or machine translation. Prisma's AI Responsible Usage Policy governs how we use AI, including giving our clients the choice of whether they wish to allow the use of AI for their translations.

How does Prisma use AI in translation and language operations?

Prisma uses AI to accelerate operational workflows through LexAI, its proprietary language operations platform. AI assists operations only—certified linguists retain final editorial control on every deliverable. No client data enters open AI platforms, and human-only workflows are available where contracts require it.

Which government contract vehicles is Prisma available through?

Prisma services are available through WA DES (contracts 03824, 03812, and 02024), the NASPO ValuePoint Master Agreement (NM, FL, MO, MT, WA), GSA (federal contract since 2011), and Minnesota CPV (state & local eligible). Eligible agencies can access services directly through these pre-awarded contracts.
