What if I want human-only translation (Not AI or machine translation)?
No problem! Prisma offers human-only translation for clients whose requirements prohibit the use of AI or machine translation. In fact, Prisma has an AI Responsible Usage Policy that governs how we use AI, including giving our clients the choice of whether they wish to allow the use of AI for their translations.
Are you selling software?
No, LexAI is a language ops solution, not a piece of software. You are buying a service that has been customized to meet your requirements.
How is LexAI priced?
Pricing is based on Prisma's highly competitive service rates, such as translation (per-word), interpretation (per-minute), transcription (per-page), or subscription-based pricing. Rates for custom development and programming are hourly, and typically estimated based on a a SOW or PWS.
What if I just need basic language services?
No problem: Prisma has been providing "basic" translation and interpretation services since 1982 in over 300 languages and dialects. We also offer many language support services such as document layout, desktop publishing, 508 Accessibility remediation, transcription, and audio-video services.
